The following is YOUR COUCH NOT MINE’S (YCNM) online privacy policy, which governs how visitor information (your information) is gathered and used on YCNM’S website. Please take a few minutes to read this policy carefully.

Your Information that YCNM May Collect Online
You can affirmatively submit to YCNM certain user information pertaining to your interaction with YCNM. You may choose to contact us by providing your name, phone number and email address, as well as your personal message to our office. When you register for online events, we will collect your name, email address, credit card and related billing transaction information. When purchasing a product you may provide billing and credit card information and a mailing address (if applicable). We also may infer your geographic location based on your IP address or other information.

YCNM website is not designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 17. YCNM does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from anyone under the age of 17.

How YCNM Uses Your Information
Your privacy is priority. We will use information you affirmatively submit to YCNM for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your email, schedule requested services, handle your complaint, process billing transactions, register your requested participation in an event, respond to requests related to program participation and in program record-keeping. We may contact individuals registering for events with information about other YCNM online and in person events.

We may use third party contractors to act on our behalf, and these contractors are obligated to not disclose or use your information for other purposes. At certain points where your information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on an email list to receive free, useful information from YCNM. You can easily remove your name from YCNM’s mailing list by utilizing the appropriate unsubscribe feature contained in the emails.

Cookies and Other Persistent Identifiers YCNM or third parties we contract with may use persistent identifiers such as cookies, embedded scripts, beacons, tags and similar technologies for a number of purposes, such as to provide easier site navigation, access to forms, analytics and advertising (explained blow). You can still use YCNM’S website if you have set your browser to reject cookies.

Uses of Persistent Identifiers for Analysis and Advertising YCNM or third parties may use identifiers to generate certain kinds of site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. This information is used to understand how visitors use our sites and provide better services to you.

YCNM may transfer, or allow third parties to collect analytic (not identity-related) information about your visit to YCNM’s website to help us improve our website and better serve you when you visit us online in the future.
